Maru Ehitus has entered into a contract with Espak Tartu AS for the expansion of Espak’s Tartu branch located at Turu Street 24. The project includes the design and construction of a modern two-storey retail building with supporting facilities, increasing the store’s sales area by approximately one third.

The architectural concept of the extension follows the well-known serrated line of the existing building, while introducing a more contemporary look through a spacious glass façade. Construction and demolition works will be carried out in a way that allows the store to remain open to customers throughout the entire construction period.

Construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2026, with completion planned for early 2027.
