Maru Ehitus and VBH Estonia OÜ have entered into an agreement for the design and construction of VBH Estonia’s new representative building in Raku Business Park, located in Tallinn, Sinirebase 15.

The project will deliver a modern warehouse and logistics complex of nearly 4000 m², featuring a sales and showroom area alongside office and staff facilities. The building has been designed to support VBH Estonia’s continued growth and to enhance operational efficiency.

The architect of the new representative building is Jüri Pilliroog of Loob Projekt OÜ, and the lead designer is Norte OÜ.

According to VBH Estonia CEO Indrek Sauga, the new facility will significantly expand both warehouse and office capacity. The warehouse will cover 2600 m² with a storage height of 10 meters, while the office space will span 900 m². The building will also include new staff facilities, as well as dedicated training and testing rooms, all aimed at improving service quality for both existing and future clients.

Construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2026, with completion planned for April 2027.
