Maru Ehitus and Kaveks Holding OÜ signed an agreement for the expansion of the Pärnamäe Centre
14.11.2025On 4 November 2025, Maru Ehitus AS and Kaveks Holding OÜ signed an agreement for the expansion of the Pärnamäe Centre. The expansion will bring new commercial and service spaces to the area and create a modern and attractive urban environment that supports the growing living environment of Tallinn and its surroundings.
Construction work on the extension will begin this autumn, and the expansion is scheduled to be completed by early September 2026. As a result of the project, more than 2000 m² of new space will be added to the Pärnamäe Centre, including an expansion of anchor tenant RIMI’s retail area and the addition of new rental spaces.
“As a construction service provider, it is always gratifying when a former client returns. Maru Ehitus is pleased to expand a centre that we originally built ten years ago. We are also happy to contribute to the development of local commerce and to expand and improve shopping opportunities,” said Margo Dengo, CEO of Maru Ehitus AS.
“Developing the Pärnamäe Centre is an important step for Kaveks Holding OÜ, and we are very pleased to continue our cooperation with Maru Ehitus, whose professionalism and reliability have been clearly proven in previous projects,” commented Mart Sillaots, representative of Kaveks Holding OÜ. “We trust Maru Ehitus’ ability to carry out the expansion with high quality and within the agreed timeframe. Together we can create a modern and functional environment that offers added value both to local residents and to our partners.”
The completed extension will make the Pärnamäe Centre one of the key commercial and service hubs in the eastern Tallinn direction. Pärnamäe Centre is located at Lilleoru tee 4, Viimsi municipality, Harju County, and the architect of the centre is Estplain OÜ, Igor Sidorenko.
