{"id":21550,"date":"2025-09-22T15:01:54","date_gmt":"2025-09-22T12:01:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/maru.ee\/?p=21550"},"modified":"2025-09-22T15:26:20","modified_gmt":"2025-09-22T12:26:20","slug":"maru-ehitus-begins-construction-of-fruit-xpresss-new-commercial-building","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.maru.ee\/en\/news\/maru-ehitus-begins-construction-of-fruit-xpresss-new-commercial-building\/","title":{"rendered":"Maru Ehitus begins construction of the new commercial building for Fruit Xpress"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"190\" data-end=\"402\">On 19 September 2025, Maru Ehitus entered into a general contracting agreement with Restate J\u00fcri O\u00dc for the design and construction of the new Fruit Xpress commercial building at K\u00f5rtsi tee 6, Rae municipality.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"404\" data-end=\"587\">The building permit was issued in August, and construction is set to begin shortly. The new facility will be completed and handed over to the end user in November 2026.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"589\" data-end=\"889\">Fruit Xpress, one of Estonia\u2019s largest suppliers of food products to the HoReCa sector, will expand into a modern, nearly 10,000 m\u00b2 building. The new facility will feature contemporary office spaces, recreational areas, and a professional gastro kitchen to support the company\u2019s growing operations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"1109\">We extend our gratitude to everyone who has already contributed to making this project a reality and offer our sincere appreciation to the client.
